For Italy's most iconic and most followed sporting event, we handled the selection, training and operational management of the staff deployed across the entire country.
From the hostesses staffing the start and finish of each stage, to the support roles for the sponsors and the traditional "ombrelline" (the podium hostesses), every team was trained to best represent the image of the event and its partners.
A project that called for fine-grained, on-the-ground management of people and activities, contributing to the success of an event that draws millions of spectators along the roads of Italy.
